Dr. Scott Baldwin

Dr. Baldwin joined Eye Surgeon's Associates in 2018. He was raised in the small town of Riverton, WY and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Kinesiology in 2010. He attended Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR where he graduated as a Doctor of Optometry in 2015. During his studies, Dr. Baldwin had clinical rotations at Utah Eye Centers, the VA Hospital in Cheyenne, WY and the Indian Health Service Optometry Clinic in Fort Washakie, WY. After his studies, Dr. Baldwin and his family moved to eastern Iowa where he practiced at both local private practice and large national practices in the area until he joined Eye Surgeon's Associates.

Dr. Baldwin is a member of the American Optometric Association, Iowa Optometric Association, and American Diabetes Association. His clinical interests include specialty contact lenses, ocular surface disease  management, managing computer vision syndrome, pediatric eye care, and co-management of medical conditions that frequently affect vision. Dr. Baldwin speaks fluent Spanish . When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters and also finds time for sports and fishing.
