- Color it in.
- Write your name, city, email, and phone # on the back.
- Mail, email, or bring it to any Eye Surgeons Associates location listed below by October 31st.
Anyone age 18 and older living in the QCA is welcome to enter Eye Surgeons Associates coloring contest. Just pick up the Figge’s October coloring page, color it in, and submit it via mail, email or in person at any Eye Surgeons Associates clinic by October 31st, 2024.
One entry per person please. One prize will be awarded.
Please put your name and city, email and phone number on the back of coloring sheet. Pages may be displayed. Winners will be notified by November 12th and announced on social media (first name and city) with a photo of the coloring page.
