Eye Surgeons Associates is pleased to introduce Sara Kloft, O.D.
Originally from Dubuque, Dr. Kloft graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids with a BA in Biology with a collateral in neuroscience and a chemistry and history minor. She attended Illinois College of Optometry where she graduated with clinical honors as a Doctor of Optometry in 2020. During college she was a tutor and teaching assistant for human anatomy and optometry courses. During her studies, Dr. Kloft had clinical rotations at The Children’s Hospital of Omaha, The Woodland Eye Clinic, The Illinois College of Optometry and Milo Huempfner VA Hospital and Clinics.
Dr. Kloft is a member of the American Optometric Association and Iowa Optometric Association. Her clinical interests include pediatrics and glaucoma. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time hiking, watching Iowa football and traveling.
Dr. John Frederick, president of Eye Surgeons Associates, comments, “We are pleased to have Dr. Kloft join the ESA team. She has great qualifications and provides quality and compassionate care.”
Dr. Kloft will see patients in our Bettendorf, Iowa and Rock Island, Illinois clinics. Dr. Kloft adds, “I’m excited to be providing eye care in the Quad Cities and looking forward to the challenge of working in a multi-specialty practice.”
