Appointments

All visits are made by appointment to respect each patient’s time and personal schedule. You can make an appointment by calling any of our offices: Bettendorf (563) 323-2020, Rock Island (309) 793-2020, Silvis (309) 792-2020 and Geneseo (309) 944-8888 and selecting option 4 or by filling in the information below.. Your eyes may or may not be dilated. It may be necessary to have someone drive you if you have experienced difficulty with seeing after dilation in the past.
