Title: Homeschooler, can't afford on my own
Author: Scott Davison
My wife stays home and homeschools our 2 girls. I work full time (overtime when available) and odd jobs when I can.
We want to be able to homeschool as long as we can, but it just keeps getting tougher with the economy the way it is. Overtime is scarce, and odd jobs usually don't pay very well.
Consequently, I won't be able to afford lasik as long as we are a one income family. I'm not complaining, because this is our choice that we feel is best for our girls.
But it would be awesome to not have to put contacts in and take them out every morning and every night. Also, the monetary savings from not having to buy contacts, cleaning solution, and eye drops would be a welcome break.
It would be nice to just get up in the morning, open my eyes, and be able to see clearly.
Thank you for this opportunity, and bless the person that wins, whoever it is.
